Our Staff are all recruited through a careful selection process which includes a face to face interview, Criminal Records Bureau Disclosure, two written reference checks and a full induction programme. All of our staff possess a range of qualifications, skills and experience that will ensure they deliver the highest standard of care and support.

Along with this our staff are also trained to deliver the support in a specific way which maintains your rights to Dignity, Privacy, Choice and Respect. We also ensure that any staff that we send into a clients home are specifically handpicked to suit them and their needs. We also ensure that our client are fully involved in this process.
